Sue butchered my 3 year old daughter's hair. I asked for a cute straight bob, and she decided to (poorly) layer it. One side had short layers, the other had long layers. One side was longer than the other in the front. There was a big 'scissor cut line' in the back. I returned to see if they could fix it and she said she was sorry that she must have had a bad day and didn't know what happened. Then proceded to cut more off the SHORT side and kept asking me if I thought it was straight. Um she should be able to tell?? She wouldn't fix the layers. I finally gave up and told her it was fine and left before she made it even worse.
