| User Review - May T | IF YOU WANT YOUR HAIR FRIED AND DAMAGED, GO HERE! WHAT A DISASTER!!!!!
Where to begin? They died my hair copper orange! It required HOURS for them to fix, and damaged my hair. Then, they put in "highlights," and when I asked how they know where to touch them up when I went back, they assured me they could see where it was highlighted and it would not be a problem. They didn't know what they were doing, and after three visits there over time (and nobody else touched my hair), I ended up with blond hair on top of my brown hair, because they didn't pay attention and highlighted new areas. So, my waist long hair was RUINED, at the hands of these quacks. Do yourself and your hair a favor, DON'T GO HERE. They are too busy trying to rake in money to give their client's any sort of service that would be beneficial. They will screw up your hair, screw up the appointment times, and screw up your finances too.
