| Services not consistent and poor customer service
I went to this spa for a facial and had a really nice experience, I then came back again for additional services, and was treated pretty rudely for being 7 minutes late. Although there was no one else in the waiting room, they refussed to see me. I believe I was the last client that showed for the day (battling the rain) and they just wanted to go home. They said they would have enough time even though I was only 7 minutes late and wanted me to come back the following day or the next. I couldnt believe it because I know they could have just ended the facial massage a few minutes sooner if that was the case. I refused to reschedule and will never return to this spa again. | |
