KAY IS AWESOME!!!! She has cut my hair then added full color, offered me a free repair treatment to take home, I came back and then she did a complete highlight and low-light for only $100!!!! They had Disney movies playing for my daughter while i got my service done and she sat quietly and colored on the books they gave her with crayons. The beauty advisers were very knowledgeable about a new shampoo/conditioner regiment i should use to repair the damage and lock in my new color!! I will never overpay for mediocre service again!!! Thank You Trade Secret!!!!

Wilma at Trade Secret is the best overall hair person in Austin. I was sad that they moved to Lakeline as that is a different country to me, but I will make the trip just to have has cut, color and highlight my hair.
Finally someone who knows what they are doing and even remember me.

I have been using this Trade Secrets salon for over 2 years. It is all because of Ron. He is very gifted when it comes to hair and conversation. He has taken my seriously fried, over bleached mass of straw to a healthy beautiful state. He is awesome. However if he goes I will follow. He is Trade Secret Lakeline Mall
