Wonderful Service
I went there with heavy highlights. The stylist told me lowlights would be healthy for my hair . I got to keep my highlights while having a better look. The stylist to the time to listen to me. I continue to go there.

not so chic
I went there to have a color fix, because my hair was brassy red/orange from trying to get to a light brown. 1st, she lightened my hair and used a hair color. It turned out lighter but an orangy color. I returned the following week to have the so called correction corrected. She dyed it back to my natural color, even thought I insisted I didn't want to go darker but just neutralize the brassy tones. I am so mad because they wasted my time and my money and didn't get even close to what I asked for and will not refund me. That's total rip off!!! I really don't recommend this place unless you have money and time to waste.
